Some pretty hilarious photos of me from the last race on 19th March at the Forest of Dean. As you can see My race number fell down so I have a few attractive belly shots whilst hoisting it up for the photographer.
On the 9th April I will be running the Devizes half marathon in aid of the Trussell Trust Food Bank who run a network of over 400 food banks, giving emergency food and support to people in crisis across the UK, where thirteen million people live below the poverty line. In the last year they gave 1109,309 3 day emergency food supplies to people in crisis.
There is no pressure to support me donating to this event, your cheers comments of support and likes are fully appreciated. I don’t plan on asking for any further donations after this until year end so if you do feel that you could pop a £1 or so in the pot that would be really wonderful but like I say, no pressure.
So far I have raised £203. If you would like to donate here you can – https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Gemma-Watkins9
If everyone that I was connected to did put a £1 in the pot, we would have raised £7462 – how awesome would that be. I would really just like to help those in need really. But anyway – any support is massively appreciated.
All my love and thanks and hope you at least get a smile from the belly shots – Must train harder…….
Gemma
