I operate on a 48-hour notice for missed lessons due to sickness etc – Lessons missed are chargeable without prior notice.
I offer 3 pay as you go lessons on a taster basis before offering formal lessons (signed up for). There are no free trial lessons available. Once you are happy with the taster sessions, I ask that lessons be paid 6 weeks in advance. I am happy to discuss weekly payment options for those needing financial support.
In the unlikely event of cancellations 6 weeks notice are required to terminate lessons in order to replace the student slot.
If you are late for a lesson, I will endeavour to run over the session to allow for this. This is on a case-by-case basis and subject to my discretion and availability.
For examinations, parents are responsible for informing their school, and schools are usually very happy to allow students to attend formal music lessons if their session is within school hours.
For in-school lessons, terms and conditions may differ. Please refer to your formal contract, which will be attached to your invoice. 3 pay-as-you-go is not an offer available to in-school students. This is available to private students only.
These terms and conditions comply with the standard peripatetic T&Cs in the southwest.
